Followline doesn't move when I speak
Check that Followline may use the microphone and speech recognition: on iPhone and iPad in Settings, Privacy & Security; on Android in Settings, Apps, Followline, Permissions. Make sure the script's language (set in the script editor) is the language you speak. Speak at your normal pace; the prompter moves once it is sure where you are.
It loses my place
Followline waits while you ad-lib and catches up as soon as you read the script again. If you skip far ahead, read a full sentence and it jumps there. You can always tap any word to move the reading line to it.
Which languages does it understand?
English, German and French. Most recent iPhones and iPads recognise these languages on the device; where that isn't possible, Apple's online recognition is used and the app tells you. On Android, your phone's speech service does the recognition.
What does the free version include?
Voice following for 3 minutes each time you open a script. Timed and manual scrolling and recording are free with no limit. Followline Pro removes the 3 minute limit for good, with one payment.
I bought Pro but it is locked again
Tap Get Pro, then Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy it.
Where are my recordings?
On iPhone and iPad in the Photos app. On Android in the Movies/Followline folder.
How do I get a refund?
The store you bought from handles payments and refunds. On iPhone and iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.
